How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who reach out to Swedishgarden Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to speak up and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can write to us about:
- How a call or message with Swedishgarden Floor Coating went
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- How a provider we referred you to behaved
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, raise it with the provider first. Do it in writing and keep copies of what you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Swedishgarden Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to File
Email contact@swedishgarden.beer and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
