Swedishgarden Floor Coating is a referral service for homeowners with a tired garage or concrete floor. We do not coat floors. We connect your request with independent providers in our network who do.
Why This Site Exists
Floor projects confuse people. Some jobs fit a weekend. Others need grinders, moisture checks, and pro-grade coatings. Many homeowners can't tell which is which until they have lost a weekend and a lot of patience. This site exists to sort that out early. Know where to stop.
What You Can Safely Do Yourself
Prep and paperwork are yours to handle:
- Sweep the floor and clear the space
- Measure the length and width
- Snap clear photos of cracks, stains, and peeling spots
- Note oil spots, damp patches, and old repairs
- Move cars, bikes, and shelves out of the way
Notes before quotes. The more you have, the easier the estimate.
Where a Provider Takes Over
Grinding, crack and joint repair, moisture testing, mixing, and applying the coating all need machines, ventilation, and training. Leave those to a provider. Some providers also handle other flooring work, such as hardwood flooring installation. Mention it in your request if you need it.
How Matching Works
You send a request through the form. We look at the type of job and your location. Then we share the request with providers in our network who handle that work. A provider contacts you to talk details and set up an estimate. You compare and choose.
What We Ask of Providers
We ask providers to follow local licensing and insurance rules, give written quotes, and explain prep and materials in plain words. Each provider is an independent business. You should still ask questions and check details before you hire.
What Swedishgarden Floor Coating Doesn't Do
Swedishgarden Floor Coating does not coat floors, set prices, or choose your provider for you. We are not an insurer either. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How Swedishgarden Floor Coating Makes Money
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. That fee is between Swedishgarden Floor Coating and the provider. Sending a request carries no obligation to hire anyone.
